Movie Spotlight: My Neighbors The Yamadas

From the creative minds of Studio Ghibli (Spirited Away, Ponyo), My Neighbors the Yamadas is a snapshot of a family that you can probably relate to quite well. Each character in the film grows on you, and there are different short stories that are told but all mesh well together.

The art style is very unique, resembling comic-book character sketches, and some of the imagery presented is very creative. There’s quite a few funny parts in the film, definitely a warm movie to enjoy over and over again, highly recommended!
