Have A Sweet New Year

Well, it’s that time again on the Hebrew Calendar. It’s the beginning of a new year, 5770. Customs include dipping apples in honey and hearing a shofar (ram’s horn) being blown, eating a pomegranate, and going to synagogue.

Gotta  love the holidays, especially when there’s some food involved! A specialty on this holiday is Honey Cake. It’s really good.. hmm now I just got a craving for a bannana chocolate chip cake : )
