Video Game Spotlight: My Word Coach

I’ve played a few of these “Coach” games (My Spanish Coach especially) and My Word Coach is a little different (thankfully!) The problem with the language Coach games is that they are very similar (the mini-games are identical). My Word Coach offers to teach you new words, but if you’re a high-school graduate, there’s not much you’re going to benefit from.

Many of these words you’ve probably heard before. Some of the mini-games don’t really teach you the new words and what they mean, but at least the glossary offers everything in one spot. One of the mini-games has you using the stylus to write a letter to fill in the blank, but sometimes the game does not accurately detect what you write which is a bit sad. The statistic tracking is alright, and the way its presented is okay. In any case, this game is decent but nothing amazing.
