Movie Spotlight: Hanna

Hanna is a unique film, one that tells a story of a young girl who is trained to serve a mission. It’s a drama film filled with a few action scenes, in which the great music soundtrack helps set the tone. The acting is really nice, even if you may not be able to connect to all the characters.

The cinematography, particularly the different locations that the film takes place in is quite beautiful/imaginative. With quite a few twists to the story, there’s something to be enjoyed in the film though it’s understandable if not everyone will like it… there’s a bit of violence so only watch if you can handle it.

  3. “Hanna” represents the ultimate in female independence, and finally a successful merging of action and a character-heavy plot into something that almost seems poetic in its expansive telling on the big screen.
